1 General Rules

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Kriya11 platform (kriya11.click) and all associated services. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you (the member) and Kriya11 (the platform operator). By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2 Account Registration & Management

To use Kriya11's services, you must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time, and all funds in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is not permitted.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to Kriya11's support team immediately.
• If your contact details change after registration, you are required to update your account accordingly.
• Selling, transferring, or giving your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Kriya11's services are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Minors are prohibited from using the platform. If a minor registers an account, Kriya11 will terminate it immediately and is not obligated to refund any deposited funds.

Simply declaring your age at registration is not sufficient — you may also be required to provide proof of age during verification. An NID, passport, or birth certificate is accepted for this purpose.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Deposits on Kriya11 can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local payment methods. All deposits must be made using your own payment account — using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

• Deposits are usually credited instantly. In some cases, delays may occur due to bank processing times.

5 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours, with a maximum processing time of 72 hours.

• Each bonus can only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.

7 Betting Rules

• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Using an account after initiating a chargeback or payment dispute
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform for unfair advantage
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
• Attempting to attack or hack Kriya11's systems or network

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account. Accounts with active bets cannot be closed.

Kriya11 may suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Registration with false information
• Failing to complete KYC verification or submitting false documents

• Participation in prohibited activities
